1.Engineering background with bachelor or above
2.3 years or above related experience in the automotive OEM industry preferred
3.Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
4.Well versed in OEM requirement, quality standards and problem solving techniques
5.Strong knowledge of commodity product, process and tooling, such as, molding and stampping
6.Working knowledge of quality tool (SPC, DOE,APQP,FMEA, TS16949 requirements) preferred
7.Strong Knowledge of GD&T
8.Good computer skill,proficient in English writing and speaking
9.Strong attention to detail

1.Establish, maintain and continuous improve the supplier quality assurance system.
2.Evaluate new supplier through CFT visits and identify opportunity for quality improvement/cost savings through risk analysis approach.
3.Take the leadership to build CFT towards improve supplier performance.
4.Work with respective program CFT and supplier towards Flawless Launch.
5.Supplier performance monitoring and resolve chronic quality problem and /or negative trends identified through supplier rating system.
6.Monthly supplier performance data completion and send out to supplier for review and acknowledge
7.Orgnize supplier performance review meeting (quarterly basis) and work out development plan
8.Conduct regular supplier quality meeting and annual process audit
9.Supplier open issue follow up and verification (PDCA)
10.Orgnize supplier 8D presentation and track it to close
11.Supplier quality (PPM) continuous improvement
12.Identify supplier trianing needs base on APQP practice and make arrangement
