1.Grow new business from existing and potential customers.
2.Identify and create company business opportunities.
3. Responsible for commercial negotiations with customers, leading commercial negotiations during whole project life.
4. Follow up sales cases, push payment,and support project team to close a case.
5. Provide business plan data and ensure that targets are met. Identify customer and develop new business opportunities.
6. Provide the quotations timely and accurate basis to the customers after tech-dept assisting;
7. Discuss the details of projects including technical problems, price, contract terms and delivery time with the support from the supervisor or the factories;
8. Maintain and update the project database and marketing information reporting on time and with good quality
9. Provide suggestion for new products development and action plan to meet with new market opportunity.
10.Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development,Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling and Territory Planning & Management.
11.Development of project plans & timings within the customer service marketing and accessories arena1.
