1. Supervise employees. 2. Preparation of daily work for employees 3. Review factory orders and associated paper work 4. Responsible for analyzing blue prints for special tools 5. Responsible for maintaining Machine Shop open order files 6. Responsible for examination and movement of machined parts to next department 7. Coordination of requests to tool maker from Machine Shop 8. Provide good working atmosphere while fostering employee relations 9. Meet with employees and other supervisors on a regular basis 10. Set up processes of CNC machining operations including programming, tool and fixture design. 11. Troubleshoot CNC machining operations.
