1.Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or closely related science
2.Minimum three years electrical maintenance experience in the manufacturing company.
3.Knowledge of applicable analytical and problem solving techniques.
4.Self-motivated and with ability to function in a team based environment
5.Strong oral and written communication skills
6.Knowledge of the use and applications of personal computers/software to the standard practice of product engineering.
7.Ability to effectively interact with external parties including customer and suppliers
8.Bilingual: Chinese and English

1.Lead electronic technician team and electrician team.
2.Responsible for electrical and electronic maintenance activities.
3.Establish effective and comprehensive equipment preventative maintenance program about electrical and electronic item.
4.Assist as necessary to ensure smooth implementation of teams.
5.Develop and maintain maintenance procedures in compliance with ISO 9002 and TS16949 standards.
6.Participate in equipment problem solving and continuous improvement activities to achieve the goals and objectives of the company division.
