5. Organize monitoring processes of production, packing and other relevant activities of the third supplier and JRC. Ensure them meet with requirements of Rotam QMS.

8. Handle customer quality complaints.
9. Approve corrective and preventive actions and organize to trace them. Organize to improve quality continually.
10. Summarize monthly quality statistic and report to the superior.
11. Inspect safety situation of factory.
12. Check performance of personnel of QA dept. Prepare and implement the budget of QA dept.
