1) Prepare weekly & monthly reports/ statistics on key data and ratios to monitor the performance of the business on a continuous basis.
2) Prepare variance analysis and provide sufficient comments as well as proposed counter measures in case of deviations from target.
3) Prepare monthly year-end estimates and mid- & long-range planning.
4) Prepare profitability calculations for products and/ or customers.
5) Prepare investment profitability calculations.
6) Support the calculation of quotations for passenger car projects.
7) Strive for enhancement of the shareholders’ value for passenger car business by ongoing improvement of the operating cash flow.
8) Take initiatives in terms of return on sales and productivity as well as working capital management and cost management.
9) Support the management team in terms of operational excellence programs (processes, methods, innovations, quality, safety, environment etc.) for passenger
car business.
10) Other tasks as assigned by the Superior.

1) Bachelor degree in controlling/ finance etc.
2) Strong analytic thinking and efficient way of working.
3) Pro-active working attitude/ take initiative.
4) Fluent English (oral and writing) will be preferred.
5) Good skills in Microsoft Office software.
6) Good communication skills.
7) Ability to work under pressure.
8) At least 2 or 3 years working experience as a Senior accountant/Financial analyst
9) Experience in using ERP Systems (SAP, BAAN etc.)
10) Good business insight.
